To lead the economic development and diversificationof Central Oregon through marketing, targeted recruitment, business expansion and the formation of effective public/private partnerships.
Goals
For the three years encompassing 2007-2009, EDCO has five primary goals:
- Facilitate new job creation and capital investment
- Champion strategic projects
- Balance/diversify the region’s industry mix
- Be the Northwest's business information leader
- Continue to improve the financial strength of EDCO
