Carolyn McKnight oversees the execution of the new MBA+ curriculum in the School of Business Administration at Portland State University. Carolyn is also an acknowledged figure in the area of corporate leadership and organizational development for over 25 years. Before joining the School of Business Administration, she was Vice President of Organizational and Personal Development at Planar Systems in Beaverton, OR where she led executive and leadership development, human resources, and corporate efforts to embed intentional culture.
At Portland State University she is responsible for executing the "360-degree assessments" and individual coaching that MBA+ candidates receive as an integral part of their graduate business degree experience. For a full bio, please click here.
