“Powerful Practices for the Small Business”

Keynote: Peter R. Marsh, Adair Homes

Marsh foundation to offer leaders in the Pacific Northwest training, resources and support towards that vision. Marsh shows small business owners how to take the upside-down model of management and use it to make their organization more effective.

COCC’s “Leading From Possibility”
Keynote speaker: Guy Smith

Those who attended last year’s Disney Institute event will recognize Guy Smith as a dynamic workshop leader. He shows participants that good leaders approach their day by identifying problems and solving them, while great leaders approach their day by thinking “possibility”. It may seem like a tiny difference, but the two approaches are miles apart when it comes to creating results. Excellent leadership is about being able to see possibilities, choosing one and creating a plan to reach it, then  making choices daily on actions that get you closer to your vision.
